Telugu actor Ravi Teja was born on 26th January in West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. He got his degree from Siddhartha college, Vijayawada. He was discoved by the popular telugu film director, Krishna Vamsi. Acting is Ravi Teja's passion but he had to struggle for more than six years to get into films. Initially, instead of acting, he got a chance to work as an assistant director. He worked as an assistant director with Krishna Vamsi for Ninne Pelladatha movie, Mahesh Bhatt for Criminal and other directors as well. His ex-room mate Y.V.S Chowdary helped him to get some offers from Bollywood as a script writer.
